  • i recently added a lot of inline tutorials in ContentMagick.ai to help users understand the features better.

For ContentMagick.ai, I picked goto market strategy is to focus on product-led growth (PLG).

How to onboard users

  • the help is inline

  • it is there where you need it, and when you need it.

  • suppose you have an help section, which explain a feature in detail.

  • where you need it, aka the help should be directly available close to the UI of feature.

  • when you need it, aka when you are using the feature.

  • it is not in a separate help section.

  • somewhere far far away from the feature and hard to reach.

  • it is there where you need it, and where you need it.

PRO for help center

  • very good for SEO

  • the onboarding is done via inline help

  • there is one for the main workflow: creating a message

  • there is one for each widgets, in the side bar or at the center of the page.

  • in total this is a 4 in sidebar, 4 in the center of the page.

  • so 9 tutorials in total.
